How can I best prepare for the Business Show 2019 exhibition?
Whether you are a seasoned exhibitor or this is your first event, one of the most important aspects of an exhibition is your display! Attracting potential customers and consumers to your booth could be a difficult task. With over 400 exhibitors from all over the business world, you might find it hard to stand out from the crowd. Often if you have not updated your displays for some time, they will start to look outdated or worn. Whether you are just starting out at the exhibition or looking to refresh your image, our tips are:
Use Bold Colours – One of the best ways to stand out is to be bold and bright with your colour scheme. If you have a scheme set out for your brand, maybe include some eye-popping Roller Banners that don’t clash too much with your other displays.
Use the Space Wisely – One of the big tips for exhibitors is to be smart when using the space they are given. If you are provided with a plentiful area, you can happily bring your Large Exhibition Stand. Likewise, if it is a small booth, you can advertise your brand by bringing only your Exhibition Counter and some Desktop Roller Banners. Review the space and decide how you are going to fill the space in the best possible way.
Take the Right Equipment – Along with our last point, make sure that you have the right mix of equipment to purposefully represent your brand in the best possible way. With your table, be sure to take an Exhibition Cloth to give the full effect or if your back-to-back with other exhibitors, take an Exhibition Back Wall to separate the displays. Stocking custom Flyers & Leaflets to hand out is a must for large events that can have a lot of people visiting your display.
